YUSR Commerce, Industrie & Investissement – SARL was founded on 28 August 2025 in N’Djamena. A Chadian company working in infrastructure, industry and productive investment, it aligns its activities with the strategic priorities of Vision Tchad Connexion 2030.
Five priorities that shape our work
- Infrastructure development: treating earth roads, improving road platforms and managing stormwater.
- Industrialisation and local content: studying industrial solutions for pipes and infrastructure components — currently in the study and development phase.
- National skills development: technology transfer and training within our technical partnerships.
- Productive investment: feasibility studies and financing structures such as BOT and PPP.
- Sustainable urban development: environmental solutions tailored to communities and dust reduction.
